I.Origin: The "Other Side" Challenge of Jiuzhaigou

In 2021, as Jiuzhaigou scenic area was fully advancing the upgrade of smart tourism and ecological display, we received a special request from the scenic area management. They hoped to establish a giant visual window (13 meters long and 7 meters high, with a total area of approximately 91 square meters) at the core tourist gathering center, which would continuously play back the four seasons of Jiuzhaigou, ecological protection publicity, and emergency guidance information.

This project seemed routine, but it actually presented numerous "Jiuzhaigou-style" unique challenges:

1. **Harsh environmental tests**: High altitude, strong ultraviolet rays, severe winter cold, and abundant summer rainfall. Ordinary display screens are prone to aging, color fading, condensation, and even malfunctions.

2. **Extremely aesthetic requirements**: The images displayed on the screen must match the top-level natural scenery of Jiuzhaigou, with nearly demanding requirements for color reproduction, contrast, and dynamic clarity.

3. **Strict protection restrictions**: Construction in a national-level nature reserve requires rapid, quiet, and clean operations, without excessive heavy machinery or lengthy installation periods, to avoid interfering with the normal operation of the scenic area and the ecological environment.

4. **Long-term operational pressure**: The screen needs to operate continuously for 365 days, and maintenance must be simple and quick, which places extremely high demands on the reliability of the product and our remote support capabilities.

II. Solution: Using "Foldable Intelligence" to Overcome Natural Challenges

Facing this heavy trust, we did not provide a general solution. Instead, we established a specialized technical team and ultimately determined to use the FCSL 7.8 outdoor high-brightness folding screen as the core to create a customized solution.

First, solve the "natural confrontation" problem. FCSL 7.8 adopts a fully sealed IP65 protection level design, effectively resisting the rain, snow, and wind in Jiuzhaigou. Its high-brightness panel remains clear and brilliant even under the intense sunlight in the plateau, truly reproducing the brilliant colors of the Five Flower Lake and the reflections of the Mirror Lake, allowing the digital images to complement the real-world scenes outside.

Second, achieve "fast and silent" deployment. We fully utilized the folding feature of the product. All screen bodies were pre-assembled and tested in the Shenzhen factory, folded and transported to the site, like unfolding a huge painting. This significantly reduced the on-site assembly time and construction complexity, and a small team completed the installation and debugging in just a few days. The entire process was quiet and orderly, minimizing the impact on the scenic area.

Finally, establish "long-term peace of mind" protection. We provided modular spare parts and clear maintenance guidelines, and established an exclusive online support channel. The screen has operated for several winters and hot summers, remaining stable and consistent, becoming a reliable information display and image window for the scenic area.
