With precise mechanical aesthetics, create the "disappearing magic" on the stage.

In 2017, at a significant new car launch event held by Geely Automobile in Ningbo, China, we encountered a highly challenging stage design requirement: The organizers wanted to create a stage effect that could not only present an immersive visual feast but also make the screen "disappear" at critical moments, allowing the new car to seemingly appear out of thin air as if it had traveled through time. Due to structural limitations, traditional LED screens could not achieve a rapid, smooth, and quiet exit, which became the biggest bottleneck for the creative team.

We conducted a thorough analysis of the core pain points: Firstly, in a compact venue, it is necessary to complete the precise deployment and synchronous control of multiple folding screens within an extremely short time; Secondly, the removal process of the screens must be absolutely smooth, quiet, and with accurate trajectories. Any jitter or noise would undermine the sense of immersion and ceremony on the spot; Thirdly, the entire system must ensure zero errors in operation under the high-pressure live streaming environment.

To this end, we have provided the customized "FN Series Indoor Automatic Rise-and-Fold Screen System". This solution combines modular folding screens with high-precision electric lifting tracks, achieving three major breakthroughs: "quick deployment, stable operation, and seamless integration". During the rehearsal stage, multiple curved screens, under the control of preset programs, completed positioning and debugging in just a few hours. The seamless connection of the screens wrapped the stage into a futuristic visual space.

The real test lies in the unveiling moment - when the event reaches its climax, the command is triggered, and the large LED screen above the main stage smoothly folds up and retracts like elegant wings, while the two side screens simultaneously slide backward and withdraw to the rear. The entire transition process is completed quietly within one minute, without any delay or abruptness, creating an unobstructed stage entrance for the new vehicle. When the new vehicle slowly drives out under the spotlight, the on-site effect is stunning and smooth.
